At Fabricoz USA LLC, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite Indian and Pakistani Outfits. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when you might feel the need to return your product for circumstances beyond your or our control.
What is your return policy for online orders?
- All outfits issues must be informed back to us within 7 days of your order delivery.
- All returns must be in original packaging with all tags attached.
- The item(s) must be in unused condition.
- Returns in the US are free for all eligible items.
- For any standard or custom stitched items, such as blouses, lehengas, and salwar kameez, only the stitching fee included in the order is eligible for a refund.
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
Yes, you can choose to cancel products, only if done within 12 hours of placing it. Note that the urgent orders cannot be cancelled as we start processing them immediately
Why 12 Hour deadline?
As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, stitching, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. In case a garment has to be readied, or customized, the process is already underway.
How To Return an Order:
How soon should I get back to you?
Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the stitched outfits. For unstitched outfits, dresses and Jewelry items, reach out to us within 1 week.
What happens if there is a wrong item delivery:
If you receive the wrong item, we will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Once they confirm the error, they will provide a resolution, and we will update you accordingly. Our shipping is free; however, if you paid an urgent fee for your order, we will refund that amount once the correct deliver is made.
